Adv. Laila Khoury has graduatd from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with both degrees, in Law and Business Administration. Laila deals with contracts and commercial law and litigation, including establishing companies, ongoing counseling, and representing shareholders as well. Laila specialized in Commercial Law, during her LL.M. studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (distinguished dean's honor).
Her professional experience also includes, handling complicated cases of real estate agreements and property law, enforcement, cancellation and remedial actions, evacuation claims, property management and assessment, entrepreneurships, parcellation and pleas for removing land participation, including registration of condominiums at the Land Registry Office. Laila is undergoing a second Master in Real Estate (MRE), at the Technion, Haifa.
During her studies, Laila ran marathons in Mathematics and Economy, at the Hebrew University. She also served as a lecturer assistant in International Commercial Transactions and Law & Economics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) of Herzliya and at the Academic Center for Law & Business of Ramat Gan.
